Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Admin has important role to support the Sale manager in monitoring the status of the sale orders to ensure the good service to the customers.
- Verify the customer orders, the status of customer credit/insurance point to be able to send the request to Production Team to run the PO.
- Report directly to Sale Manager, or higher level – Commercial Director.
- Other ad- hoc tasks be assigned by Sale Manager.
- Act as the ‘’key account manager’ to control the sale orders & samples orders from the customers.
- Follow the status of production and inform the customer of the delivery schedule.
- Work with logistics agent to and internal logistic team to process the custom, the transportation to deliver to customer on time.
- Process all the documents related to sale activities such as profile, contract, product presentation.

Qualifications/Requirement
- Travel to see customers if needed.
- Can do attitude, detail oriented, proactive to find the best solution to any issue.
- At least good in reading & writing English, can communicate in English is good.
- Can work in Chinese is a strong plus.
- 3+ experience year in similar position, especially with international sales.
- Well organized, tiny and orderly, time management, good communication skills.
- Proper behavior, supporting mindset, cooperation with other people to meet the best result or target of company, hard- work, smart- work.
Salary & Benefits
- Negotiate salary based on the experiences; with 13- month bonus.
- Other benefits and employee entertainment activities under company’s policies.
- Annual Leave is 14 days/year (using after probation period); the probation period is 60 days.
- 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.

- Salary review once a year.
Interview Process
With this role, your interview process will be executed as follow steps:
- Round 1: Interview with Country Manager/HR Manager
- Round 2: Interview with Sale Manager/ Commercial Director
Please note that we can separate or combine 2 rounds of interview based on our need and interviewed role.
