JOB DESCRIPTION:
Always staying abreast of industry trends, client behaviors, and emerging technologies to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Conducting effective market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes in the investment sector, and investors&039; preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies that are tailored for potential LPs;
Skillfully analyzing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as well as optimizing strategies for maximum impact and providing regular reports to senior management to inform decision- making;
Efficiently developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential LPs while managing relationships with existing LPs and ensuring their continued involvement and satisfaction;
Effectively executing a good mix of marketing methodologies, marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and marketing platforms, and engaging with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders;
Developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with external partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and promotional opportunities in targeted communities;
Skillfully utilizing various channels including digital media, events, and direct outreach and our proprietary platform for data- driven decision- making, tracking potential LPs, enhancing fundraising strategies, differentiating Renn Global&039;s services, and enhancing brand visibility;
Creating and managing compelling multimedia content targeted at the financial services industry, including pitch decks, newsletters, investor presentations, reports, videos, podcasts, and similar materials. This content will be streamlined across various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, blogs, online advertising, and other digital platforms. The aim is to drive lead generation and enhance customer retention;
Assisting helpfully in organizing and participating in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. This role involves promoting our funds and cultivating relationships with investors;
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Banking or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Additional certifications in marketing, business development, commerce, or relevant advanced degrees are a plus;
Self- driven and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment;
Preferred analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement;
Proven track record of executing successful marketing or sales efforts, with a focus on investor relations or a strong understanding of investment concepts and fundraising to start with;
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
Hands- on experience with digital tools, such as marketing tools, CRM, analytics tools, and Google Workspace;
Possessing a creative mindset with the ability to think strategically, contributing innovative ideas to marketing and sales campaigns;
2 years and above of experience in marketing, sales, and/or investor relations, or a related field within the finance or investment sector. The designated title will be assigned per your strength and experience;
