Sales And Marketing Manager

Position Summary: We are looking for Sales and Marketing Manager with great enthusiasm for activities of restaurants.
You will be responsible for promoting and make good relationship with clients and partners. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

**Responsibility
- Make sales and marketing plans
- Build target and propose solutions to Owners.
- Make sales and marketing strategy
- Support project sales executives to deal with clients and close the deals, and Update management on VIP arrivals, meet and greet accordingly
- Manage Sales team to hit the targets given.
- Make and keep good relationships with customers and supplier
- Dealing with customer complaint or concern
- Build relationships to search, access and counseling clients about the products and service of the company

**Skills & requirements
- At least 3 continuous years of experience in hospitality sales, F&B, Tourism are an advantage
- Gender: Female/Male
- Have experiences work with tour agent is a plus
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Big love and strong knowledge in F&B/Hospitality process;
- Excellent English skills, particularly speaking and writing;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
- Team working, work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity.
- Reliable and trust worthy, pleasant manner
- Interpersonal Skills Can Do Attitude, Result Oriented, sharing spirit.
