We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Winsun Group, a leading MCN (Multi- Channel Network) focused on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for social media and digital content. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and engagement strategies across the TikTok platform.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships with brands, influencers, and agencies.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement on TikTok.
Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling and viral content.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on campaign outcomes and sales performance.
Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
Utilize data- driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Collaboration and Networking:
Work closely with the social media and livestream teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Strong understanding of TikTok platform dynamics, trends, and user behavior.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the digital media or social media industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing & sales campaigns.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
