Sales And Marketing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing activities:
· Plan to contact partners for cooperation and delivery all necessary information and monitoring their activities.
• Be able to map out action plan/marketing activities.
• Seek and coordinate with marketing agencies to develop different markets.
• To perform market research and determine what customers are looking for or might look for in the future.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Build up budgeting for marketing activities
· Join with team members to host delegations/prospects and other assignments of department head.
• Manage quality and consistency of service delivery among projects.
• Propose action plan, strategies to Board of Directors to implement various marketing activities for the department.

Sales activities
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to Board of Directors.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Build up sales price, sales packages and proposal to prospect
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

Other activities
- Coordinate with other departments of the company, projects and affiliates of Corporation
- Report directly to General Director of the company
- Any other works assigned by Board of Directors

- Good command in English
- Good understanding of Real Estate Industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Business mindset and result oriented
- Minimum 03 years in Sales & Marketing in Real Estate Industry or in Business Development
