DESCRIPTION
Details
- Trading in products and solutions for Network System, Security System, CCTV, Alarm, Access Control...
- Prepare quotes/contracts, coordinate departments to implement projects, and take care customers after- sales
- Support Director to communicate, negotiation with the clients (Customers: 95% from Japan, Europe, China, Korea, Singapore)
- Any further request upon from Director
- Meet with potential customers to introduce and sell products/solutions/services
- Find new customers and take care of existing customers
- Input the database for new clients, the quotations, the orders on the CRM platform
- Check prices as needed for devices (working with Singapore, Malaysia, China,... supplier)
- Coordinate with other department to complete the orders

- Good ability to manage work, teamwork and work independently
- Fluent English communication (mandatory requirement)
- Agile, sociable, diligent and careful personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Female aged 24- 33 (preferably with good look)
- College or university graduated
- Having a passion for business, having business experience in the field of IT and security equipment is an advantage
- Honest, dynamic, high sense of responsibility at work
