Role Description
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant at GSI, you will have a keen interest in the AEC industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and enhancing our sales strategy with effective support and materials.
Event and Presentation Support: Assist in organizing and preparing for sales events, webinars, and presentations. Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support the sales team to ensure successful execution
Marketing Material Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update marketing materials that support the sales process. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.
Sales Enablement Material Management: Develop and manage sales enablement materials, including PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral. Ensure materials are up- to- date, compelling, and aligned with our brand identity to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the AEC software market. Analyze and report findings to the sales team to inform strategies and decision- making processes.
Communicating with Customers and Sales Partners: Serve as a point of contact for customer and sales partner inquiries. Provide timely and accurate information to build and maintain strong relationships, and support the sales team in managing these relationships.
CRM Data Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accuracy. Ensure all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback are recorded and accessible to streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
Sales Process Support: Assist in preparing and managing sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and quotations. Ensure all documents are accurate, professional, and delivered in a timely manner to facilitate the sales process.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
Knowledge of the AEC industry and software solutions is a plus.
Experience in market research and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Vietnamese and English.
1- 3 years of experience in related positions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, team- oriented environment.
