Sales Assistant

Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Sales Promotion & Development: Target SMEs and MNCs to build and maintain client relationships.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams.
Client Acquisition: Proactively seek new customers and upsell to existing ones.
Customer Inquiries & Service: Respond quickly and professionally to customer emails, chats, and calls to resolve complaints and deliver outstanding service.
Product Management: Upload/manage product listings on e- commerce platforms (Global Sources, Shopee, etc.)
Business Growth: Identify new business aligned with sales targets.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Share updates on customer visits, forecasts, and opportunities.
Customer Insights & Consultation: Gather feedback and provide advice on product selection.

Experience selling on Shopee is required
Strong email communication skills to handle customer complaints efficiently
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is a plus)
1–10 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of FMCG, sundry goods, promotional items
Detail- oriented and adaptable, with a proactive mindset
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Nice to Have:
Canva or design tool skills
Ability to create/customize forms
