- Work with other departments to track, maintain and improve OTD performance.
- Managing and monitoring customer purchase orders and sales contract.
- Maintaining and update SAP system e.g. Create Material Master, Sales Order and Invoice on SAP
- Provide assistance and support to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are full adhered to.
- Keeping close contact with customers and submit weekly update report on production status.
- Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered all times.
- Provide monthly update of Sales and Ebit performances on GP Master file.
- Provide timely Purchase order acknowledgement to customer.
- Work closely with other departments: Technical, Supply Chain, Production and Quality Control to update customer&039;s requirement.
- Working with SC, TE and PR to follow up on RFQ status and update of RFQ Master file.

Background /qualification:
- Graduated from University/College of Economics
Experience:
- Minimum 3- year experience working in customer service industry.
Special skills:
- Basic skill of email communication (Outlook) and Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook and Excel.
- Strong English communication, writing, reading.
- Understanding of International sales and logistic
