Sales Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

Find and connect with potential customers.
Help with contracts, invoices, bills, and payments.
Keep track of unusual activities and report them to the Sales Manager/Director.
Plan and organize customer care activities.
Handle other tasks as assigned.
Work with different teams to support business growth.
Assist in scheduling meetings and travel plans for the manager.
Talk to clients, understand their needs, and gather important information.
Arrange and take notes for meetings (both internal and external).

Bachelor’s Degree
Willingness to travel to different locations when needed.
Energetic, quick- thinking, and adaptable in different situations.
1- 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Japanese language skills (N2 or above) with good communication.
Basic knowledge of IT solutions (hardware/software) is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with clients.
