Sales Assistant Manager

Location: Hanoi Branch
Position: Sales Assitant Manager

Comply with company’s policy on business ethics.
Work closely with other departments within the company to settle claims and propose solutions
Complete Company’s sales reporting requirements (to Manager or higher level) in a timely manner.
In collaboration with Sales Manager, responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales, presentations, internal training, assessment services and proposals related to value proposition.
Achieve sales target set by management.
Hunting sales for new accounts (mostly freehand)
Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD
Coaching to staffs in Sales team in term of Sales matters
Approach and analyze the customer’s business and technology requirements and developing customized solutions to fit the need.
Conduct sales planning for assigned territories and industries.
Convert sales leads into customers
Close follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business.

REQUIREMENT:

Sales management skill with at least 3 years’ experience in Sales/ Sales Assistant Manager and at least 5 years of working experience in Sales Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Local Delivery...
Gender: F/M
Ability to work hard and takes responsibility
Extroverted, can- do spirit, insanely customer- centric, good interpersonal skills
Experience with local, MNCs customer
Certificate of formal sales training programs will be a plus
Soft skills in: networking/persuasion/presentation/negotiation are highly required.
Age: 30 to 40 years old
Ability to deliver value to customers, willing to stand from customers&039; point of view
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to go to business trip.
Proven track record of sales achievements
Good at Microsoft Office
Japanese language will be an advantage.
Ability to work in group and independently and able to work under high- pressure
