Sales Assistant Manager

Your duties will be (but not limited to)
Currently we are seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to support and implementing the back-to-back trading of fuels and lubricants in every international port as well as our local ports within Vietnam territory. As our new Sales Assistant Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work closely together with our offices in Singapore and Vietnam. You will be coordinating sales activities and operations with vendors and customers in Vietnam and overseas to ensure smooth transactions and post-fixture procedures.
Founded in 2019, Sea Guardian Marine (Singapore) Pte Ltd has swiftly become a professional and dynamic player in the shipping & maritime industry. In the beginning, we primarily focus on chartering and ship brokering services. Aiming to grow further, we expand to operate bunker trading worldwide.
• Coordinate pre/post-fixture documentations from suppliers and customers
• Liaise with agents/port authorities/suppliers/customers to coordinate smooth deliveries.
• Any other ad hoc tasks if necessary
• Coordinate with accounts to monitor incoming/outgoing payments
• Work closely with Sales Director and assist in pre-transactional procedures and post-sales operations
• In charge of answering sales inquiries, preparing and reviewing of quotations, sales confirmations and business contracts

• Possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills and be able to work as a team
• Proficient in MS Office
• Have fluent English language skills (both oral and written)
• Fresh graduates are preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields
