JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supporting business development team to make media or communication proposals
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Proposing potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information
• Pushing clients to open advertising accounts by recording account information and supporting clients during the process
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer&039;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
• Passionate about the advertising industry and interested in the field of media and ecommerce
• Strong logical thinking ability and certain active learning ability
• Graduated from a full- time undergraduate program, majoring in advertising, journalism, etc
• Fluency in Madanrin is required;
• Good at communication and strong execution ability
• Fluent in Madarin reading, writing and listening skill
