SALES ASSISTANT

QH Distribution is a USA distributor in the personal care and cosmetics industry. We have been providing competitive, full- distribution services to vendors and customers since 1984. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to contact potential clients across multiple communication platforms and guarantee a flawless first- order experience for new clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Contact Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through various channels such as Phone, WhatsApp, Social Media, and Email, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
- Customer 1st Order Success: Coordinate with the sales and SC Team to ensure new customers experience a seamless onboarding process. Address any concerns and gather feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Presales Support: In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, provide in- depth information about our product catalog, including price lists, sales policies, promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Identify high- potential leads within the cosmetics and beauty market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend products that perfectly match their desires.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
- 2- 3 experience years in sales and customer service; ideally within the cosmetics and beauty industry
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, preferably with a focus on cosmetics and beauty.
- Good in English
