Sales Associate

- Assist in all events organized at the showroom and any other day- to- day activities.
- Identify and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross selling tactics.- Keep track of inventory and maintain showroom representation.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills.
- Manage and process pre- sales and aftersales requests.
- Manage point- of- sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract and invoicing.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales services.
- Build and maintain effective relationship with customers.
- Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers.

- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
- Well- presented, well organized, and professional.
- Experience or passion in furniture, design, interior design is an advantage.
- Basic computer and administration skills.
- An associate degree in related field.
- Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in similar positions.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
