Training Plan and Implementation:
• Working closely with GTM Director/Sales Capability Manager to follow up on the implementation plans for all sales cap initiatives as per AOP ”Annual Operating Plan”.
• Own and prepare the onboarding schedule for new sales Dept. hires (work closely with HRBP/DR/Sales Report Team). Support TDMs, and DRs as they are training and coaching their reports.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning by providing insights into market conditions, resourcing, logistic requirements, and training activities budget.
• Assist GTM Director and cooperate with Sales Capability Manager in training calendar management; Deliver/facilitate sales training with the appropriate training contents assigned while cooperating with the Sector/ and Vendors to enhance the quality of E- Learning platforms such as PEPU, and PSLP for the Sales Team in Vietnam.
• Collaborate in organizing and facilitating the training events; Sales academies and Dare Projects.
Training Materials/Toolset Building:
• Tech & Digitization: The candidate will drive the adoption of new technology and digitization in the field of training & and capability development. The candidate will work on areas like (but not limited to) Learning Management Systems, Online Coaching, Assessment Systems, Gamification, AI & and analytics- based learning engines, etc.
• Contents Creation: The candidate will drive the creation, and updating of relevant and engaging content & and material in different formats (static, AV, etc.) either on their own or with the help of other sales team members, consultants/agencies, content developers, etc. Optimize exploitation and application of materials from PEPU, Global Learning Contents...for the Vietnamese sales team.
Sales Capability Measurement and Reports:
• Track the implementation after- sales training: include sales training report and dashboard management; for the assigned regions or NW projects.
• Own and manage the Sales Toolkit below the Sales Capability Team&039;s tasks and ensure the support of Sales on time with high quality
• Track best practices results (process measures, performance KPIs, etc.).
Other Improvement Tasks:
• Commit in doing the Field Visit to get more business insights, identify development needs, and support to improve learning/ATU application and Work*With quality.
