Sales Channel Development Senior Executive Panasonic Sales Vietnam

- Responsible for revenue, profitability, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy and product display of assigned channel.
- Collaborate with related Departments for excellent execution.
- Participating in company product line up activities.
- Lead and manage events/project related to Sales/ Marketing activities.
- Manage and develop Sales team members.
- Maintain shopfront image and manage customer relationship.
- Lead and manage product display at Point of Purchase/Point of Sales Merchandise).
- Setup strategic solution for sell IN/OUT.
- Business market updates, analysis with proposal and actions for sales activities.
- In charge of sales channel development (Morden Trade with or General Trade).

- Good command in English & Microsoft Office.
- Active and future- oriented.
- A least 3 years work experience (prior experience in electronics consumer in preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation, leadership skills.
- Good communication skills and high teamwork spirit.
