Sales Communication - English Language

Manage the PO which issued by Customer and issue the Proforma Invoice
Upload the shipment details into ERP system (SAP)
Manage the collaboration development with development & production team, manage the sample production, review the BOM, offer pricing, Prepare the marketing documents
Manage the stock level & place an order of some camping products to be needed as a stock(Trekking Pole, Headrest, Umbrella)
On/Off line communication with Overseas customer for international sales
Report the sales order on the Groupware.
On/Off line communication with overseas customer for new order & shipment
Issue the shipping document, Certification Origin, Debit Note, Credit Note and Insurance etc
Manage the shipment from Vietnam/Korea to Overseas country & checking the production schedule with factory in Vietnam/Korea/China
On/Off line communication with factory in Vietnam/Korea/China for shipment
Submit the order into ERP system (SAP) & request the production to Purchasing team

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Proficient in basic computer skills mainly Microsoft excel.
Fluent in English
Require the experience of the same work for at least 2 years.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, detail- oriented, and process mindset.
Capability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
Knowledge of SAP (Preferential condition)

Working time: 7:30 – 16:30
