Sales Consultant

• Research customer needs, develop solutions, and guide customers in making product purchase decisions.
• Handle customer issues and complaints.
• Greet and introduce customers to the company&039;s products.
• Arrange and display products in- store.
• Assist customers in experiencing the products.
• Present and answer customers&039; questions about products and services.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager..

• Always proactive, enthusiastic, and communicative.
• Able to work with shift rotations.
• 18- 35 years old and full of energy.
• Communicate in basic English and eager to learn from colleagues.

- Basic salary of 8,000,000 VND + commission (up to 10%) + bonus, with potential total income up to 20 million VND per month.

- Up to 12 days of leave per year, plus public holidays according to state regulations
- Training provided in product knowledge and sales skills before starting at the store, including an allowance for 2 training sessions.
