ABOUT MAGESTORE & BUSINESS CONSULTANT TEAM
In order to achieve this mission, the Business Consultant is one of the most important pieces as the bridge between, understanding the business goals and challenges of the customers, and then finding out how Magestore enablers can benefit the customer. Also, the Business Consultant is the representative of the company to build trust with the customer through expert knowledge and professional manners.
Founded in 2009, Magestore brings more than 15 years of experience working with retailers to build up a POS solution that can leverage the retail business in the physical stores. Our vision is to become the world’s 1 POS for Magento, which is known as the most powerful e- commerce platform in the world.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent Magestore at industry events, business forums, and global conferences.
Collaborate with the Solution development team and technical experts to build the completed solution and take care of the customer
Building relationships, developing trust, exhibiting closing skills, and managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
Lead high- level business analysis and discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define needs and challenges, and design the best solution that can solve the business cases.
New Business Opportunities Development: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the eCommerce sector.
Conduct executive- level presentations, ROI assessments, and strategic roadmaps for clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by developing business development plans and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices for client success.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will be expected to possess and display the following skills, knowledge, and attributes in order to excel in the role:
Strong critical thinking and a good business mindset
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership teams.
Willingness to work with flexible hours to talk with customers in different timezones.
Tech savvy, quickly learn new tools and new products by playing with the software & comprehending written materials
3- 5 years of experience in B2B sales with retail business knowledge, or digital transformation.
Being flexible, creative and customer- centric, adaptive, eager to learn
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 850+)
Good communication, teamwork & problem- solving skills
Preferred:
Background in retail operations, ERP systems, and omnichannel commerce is a plus
