Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the team as needed.
• Identify potential customers through research and networking, and initiate contact to arrange meetings or presentations.
• Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by the company.
• Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
• Professional and confident communication with C- Level Executives.
• Excellent sales skills, including proficiency in English.
• University or college diploma.
• At least 2+ years of related working experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
Expectation From Management
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients needing recruitment services.
Sales Targets & Revenue Growth:
• Drive revenue growth by expanding client portfolios and upselling services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment market changes, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities within specific sectors (both Tech and non- Tech) to align the company&039;s services with market needs.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow- up and progression towards closing deals.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Manage client expectations around service delivery and recruitment outcomes.
• Negotiate recruitment service contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
• Provide feedback on the client’s expectations to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
