Sales & Consulting Specialist (Japanese N1) - Dist 1

Your Role:

As a Sales and Consulting Specialist, you will use employee survey insights, identify the strengths and weaknesses within client organizations and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
What You’ll Do:
● Consulting Expertise: Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
● Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on innovative outreach strategies
- Provide hands- on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.
- Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
- Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.

*Requirements
Essential:
● A proactive, goal- oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development.
● Japanese language proficiency (N1 level).
● 1- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
● Bachelor&039;s degree or higher.
Desirable:
● Experience working with Japanese companies or international exposure (e.g., studying abroad in Japan).
● Prior consulting experience, particularly in diagnosing and addressing organizational challenges.
● Proven track record in organizational development or talent development projects.
● Proficiency in English or Chinese.
● Hands- on experience in revising and implementing HR systems to drive business success.
