Sales Coordinator

Manage and process all sales data and customer debt, seasonal and monthly credit limit in each region
Coordinate with Sales team to get more purchasing orders
Sell in & Sell out report weekly /monthly
Cooperate with Regional Crop Sales Managers to deploy C2 policies.
Contact to Regional Crop Sales Managers and Dealers to support and coordinate sales.
Be responsible for the accuracy of this data and information when providing it to internal and customers
Implement promotions from MKT department to regions
Monitor inventory stock: Plant/C1
Monitoring area business plan by weekly /monthly
Attend discussion and prepare approval docs get approval on C1, C2 program.
Sales forecast weekly/Monthly/Quarter ly/Season

Knowledge and education level:
Graduated from concerned university: Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Skills:
§ Abilities: Works under pressure and strict deadlines, good analyzing and evaluating, maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality with regard to company information, Confident and approach the jobs with energy.
§ Communication skill, be excellent in computer application skills especially Microsoft Office, English communication skill at level B up.
Experience: At least 03 years in the same position
