Sales Coordinator cum Admin

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
• Supply restaurant supplies to mid to high end of restaurant in Vietnam market .
• A foreigner invested company in Vietnam ,established in Vietnam since 2016.
• Provide Hotel supplies items to International and local star rate hotels in Vietnam market .
JOB DESCRIPTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Require domestic travel for goods handover if necessary.
• Sales incentive apply with good sales performance record.
• Assist in logistics management for import cargo and delivery to customer location.
• To enhance existing sales channels and develop good relationships with customers.
• Responsible for client services, sales support and coordination of order.
• Follow up on payment with customer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient to use Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Words, etc.)
• Chinese speaking in both written and verbal communication skills are welcome to apply.
• At least University Graduate in Business Administration or related field with at least 1 year of experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to travel in domestic province for delivery when required
• Responsible and positive attitude
• Proficient in the English both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cope with the fast- paced working environment
