To provide quality and professional administrative support to the sales team ensuring the maximization of their time. Accurate and concise management of client databases. Work closely with the team to achieve hotel objectives and budgets. Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.

Enthusiastic, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, organized, detailed and quality orientated, flexible personality
Excellent computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
Strong understanding of hotel operations and administration
Fluent English skills
Ability to take initiative, to work under pressure with pleasant personality, polite and courteous
