Sales Coordinator / Điều phối viên Kinh doanh

• Understanding the company&039;s orientation of revenue, cost, price and guest market targets; orientation of changing market structure of leisure, online, mice ...
• Attend meetings at premises or company offices related to marketing, sales, promotions, packages, pricing policies.
• Track phone calls daily, receive and respond promptly to emails. Coordinate with other relevant departments; reservation department and sales office of the hotel. Provide information services to customers, meet the needs of guests.
• Carry out other relevant duties as required by the Sales Manager whenever necessary.
• Identify markets, track traditional hotel sources, new sources of finding guests to expand the Leisure guests market. Combined with reservation department to monitor the source of guests, the room deployment status of the Series, the price, capture the changes of the guest market, thereby creating a basis for suggestions for SM or GM.

• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, POS, Opera
• Strong administrative skills
