Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations, acting as the bridge between our customers and our production team. You will be responsible for managing sample requests, tracking production statuses, and ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the entire

Key Responsibilities:
Sample and Production Management:
Coordinate pre- production meetings, ensuring customer requirements are clearlycommunicated to all relevant departments.
Request and follow up on sample quality and schedule, and send samples to customers.
Prepare samples for customer testing and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
Request mass production based on customer orders and follow up production schedules toensure deadlines are met.
Customer Communication and Support:
Alert the Sales Manager immediately if there are risks related to timelines, quality,or budget that could impact customer satisfaction.
Follow up with relevant departments to address and resolve customer complaints.
Key in customer forms and necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sample and order statuses.
Sales and Administrative Support:
Ensure that the sample area is neat, organized, and tidy at all times.
Assist Account Managers in preparing researches, quotations, presentations, photo offers, and meeting materials.
Develop the capability to manage and nurture customer accounts independently, acting as a key point of contact for select accounts.
Complete reports and other administrative tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
