Sales Data Analyst (Contractor)

You will join our Consumer Sales Division – Regional Sales team- refers to the technology and processes used to gather sales data and gauge sales performance. By using these metrics, we are able to set goals, improve internal processes, and forecast future sales and revenue more accurately.
What you will be doing
SALES DATA ANALYST (CONTRACTOR)
• Daily collect data from a variety of sources and update in data servers
Collect data from Sub- dealers (Sell- in, Sell- out/EWA) and upload in the database.
Collect data from Distributors (Sell- in, Sell- thru, Inventory, etc.) and upload in the database
• Data management, daily checking of Sell- in (SI), Purchase order (PO), Delivery order (DO)
Working with dealers to collect SI/SO forecast as well share the monthly target and promotions to dealers
Daily checking SI, PO and DO status of dealers to make sure of meeting target and stock on hand for sales
• Support for Sub- dealer EW activation and consolidate EW/ SO report: Support Sub- dealer in consolidate Sell- out vs, EWA, EWA errors (if any)
• Weekly check dealer&039; inventory, Sell- through, D/S, doing sales report:
Update weekly dealer&039; inventory, Sell- through, D/S, and prepare sales report.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager
• Summarize and analyze sales progressing/ inventory status to support sales team: Summarize and analyze sales progressing/ inventory status to support sales team
• Assist in LSR target setting, allocation and achievement calculation: Work with managers to set target for LSR monthly and calculate achievement.

What you should have
• Education: Business administration, Economics, Trade
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Willingness to learn new thing
• Ability to organize and work independently
• Strong knowledge about Electronics market and Sony product
• Problem solving, teamwork, organization, negotiation, proactive, flexible, and honest
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel power query, power pivot, Power BI
• Strong Excel, especially VBA is a plus
• English: fluent speaking, good writing skills
• Multi- task handling skill and working under pressure
