Skills Development (55%)

Execute training/coaching plans in line with company goals
To develop training curriculum, training content design, product factsheet, and newsflash/memo to equip staff with good knowledge to render satisfactory assistance to customers.
Constant update and implement training programs (i.e. Induction, Reinforcement, Mini Training) to level up functional capabilities of sale staffs to drive business performance improvement
Observe retail staff performance & discuss with the superior any improvement plan

Customer Relations (25%)

To oversee & deliver good customer service by fellow staff (backend & retail) through day- to- day job performance
Execute service audit programs to enhance service performance which directly and indirectly impacts sales
Provide support for Vietnam retail staff in handling challenging customer cases.
Compile service audit results & monthly feedback reports to management & other departments for improvement interventions

Others (20%)

Involve in vetting Marketing collaterals
Translate training materials (factsheet, memo, newsflash, powerpoint) from English to Vietnamese
Conduct Health Talk
Roadshow / livestream support

Bachelor’s Degree with specialization on Human Health & Nutrition or equivalent
Good coordination, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills
Min 3 years’ experience in training, customer relation related experience (retail experience preferred) Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
Proficient in verbal and written English & Vietnamese communication
Training experience in selling, customer service soft skills and advanced event and workshop facilitation skills Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
