Sales Development Executive

- Prepare and organize training courses as a course DSR/Merchandiser, including training materials, tools, equipment as well as logistic related to training
- Assist in providing the annual training plan in scope of budget and training needs, execute, evaluate and follow up of the training plan for DSR/Merchandiser/SS/ASM
- Provide suggestion for improvement and follow up
- Project execution as required such as RTM, Sales factory, FSS,..
- Develop standard materials, all best practices, etc. to be used as part of induction program, training and self learning material
- Ensure the tracking and analysis of Sales Basics implementation in the market (field reports, outlets, Calls, Suc Calls, SKUs/invoice, Basics: route, route map, daily report usage…,
- Do on-the-job training and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of training for DSR/Merchandiser (DOR/WOR, standard daily routine, 7 selling steps, standard working process, standard sales fundamentals, Handheld using, compliance…)

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 2-year of experience in sales field or similar position in FMCG is preferable
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- 2-year of experience in training delivery and field coaching
- English writing & speaking: intermediate level
