We are seeking highly motivated and results- driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a passion for B2B SaaS. Join True Platform as an SDR and be a key player in driving our business growth. As an SDR, you‘ll identify and qualify leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base in APAC region. WHAT YOU DO
- Participate actively in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Gather valuable insights from interactions with clients and provide feedback to the digital marketing team regarding the quality of leads, enabling continuous optimization of advertising strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for Sales Executives based on the qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients, aiming to understand their needs and requirements effectively.
- Receive leads from the digital marketing team and promptly follow up on them to qualify leads.
WHO YOU ARE
- Fluent in English ( ≥ 7 IELTS or equivalent), American Accent is plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Open for Fresher/ Junior level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn management software such as CRM...
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self- motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast- paced and competitive environment.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 1 year of professional working experience.
