JOB PURPOSE
- Objective: Planning, building and implementing the Sales strategy to achieve business objectives and development of the Company.
MAIN DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
Develop regional strategy:
- To set up the AOP assigned
- Develop business strategic direction to build the company&039;s strategy development. Join the new project aims to expand business activities of the Company.
- To make sales execution plan in order to achieve the set target effectively
- Planning and building business strategies for nationwide sales activities.
- Implement the business objectives to achieve the setting Sales targets. Control the sales activities and the operations at the region.
Set up the regional sales targets:
- Sales revenue & quantity
- KPIs at all levels
- Master plan about quantity of SM, ASM, Sales Supervisor
- To master plan the quantity and distribution division/total sales routes (salesman)
Manage the effective implementation of sales strategy, sales distribution strategy to achieve the sales target:
- Ensure that all employees and respective distributors implement strictly the policy and articles stated in the contract and other relevant documents at each phase.
- Execute the system of monitoring, checking and assessing the productivity of employee results to improve and enhance the employee operating efficiency.
- Ensure that the information communication is made clearly, exactly and consistently as per required by the company (price, promotion, sales report, etc)
- On behalf of company to seek, maintain and develop the partners (distributors, customer of other company, etc) in assigned locations
- Regularly have the market visit and key distributor/customer visit to understand and solve the issues to satisfy the customer requirements
- Take responsibility about proper division of targets, plan (quantity/ sales revenue/ coverage/ merchandise, promotion cost, etc) at each region
- Ensure the completeness of planned criteria assigned regarding sales revenue, output, coverage, etc
- Regularly monitor the monthly report, analyze the data to identity the opportunities or propose the proper action plan, and give prompt instruction for sales team. Identity the main areas/ issues that need priority/ prompt instruction
Develop capacity and knowledge transfer/ process for employees:
- Ensure the right assignment at right qualification, right capacity, right skill for each employee
- Instruct and take part in training to improve the employee capability
- Organize and use the resources efficiently
- Work with Sales Capability to implement the transfer of program, sales tools and employee capacity assessment, etc.
- Coordinate with HR in interviewing candidates
Develop the stable working environment:
- Create the efficient alignment and coordination between levels and functional departments…
- Provide and instruct clearly the roles, responsibilities and assessment standards at each position in sales system
- Other work as assigned by BODs.
- Develop the efficient working spirit for all team
