Sales Director

Charter Link Logistics (CTL) is recognized as a world famous leader in neutral LCL ocean cargo consolidation. Established in 1998, the group started out from Hong Kong and quickly expand to over 53 owned offices worldwide. We are expanding in Vietnam and looking for Sales Director.
Working location can be either in Hochiminh or Hanoi
- Build volume budget each year when required
- Performs regular visits, builds relationships with customers to get business opportunities.
- Manage the current assigned portfolio, engages prospects customers and develop new customers; secure business and achieve objectives within the Sales Channel.
- Managing, operating and coaching the Sales Department.
- Ensure sales systems and reporting are precise and up to date for management tracking, analysis, and planning
- Maintain high customer retention ratio along with an active business pipeline plan
- Build a good understanding of service offerings to be able to offer integrated logistics solutions.
- Grow the company’s business in Vietnam by providing sales leadership.
- Achieve monthly/ yearly volume target for Vietnam according to the budget

Experience on LCL
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation.
At least 04 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics with proven track records in LCL ocean cargo consolidation.
Has strong negotiation skills and project management
Self- Motivated and performance driven
Customer oriented.
Capable in building strong and lasting relationships and networks at multiple levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers, both locally and internationally
Proficiency in English (preferable candidate who can speak Korean and/or Chinese)
Well- developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills as well as ability to do needs evaluation and handle most common customer objections
