We are a GC Group Korea- The leading group in the field of Healthcare in Korea We is building First Premium comprehensive Health Check- up Center (specialized in Gene & Cancer Diagnostics) and Commercial Laboratory in Hanoi.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Health Check- up Center and Commercial Lab to lead sales efforts for comprehensive health check- up services and commercial lab solutions. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth through partnerships with corporations, insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market analysis to senior leadership.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and expand business networks
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision- makers in the healthcare industry, including corporate health programs, insurance companies, and medical professionals.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to optimize sales strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Identify and build partnerships with corporate clients, insurance providers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and lab management to ensure high- quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for health check- up services and commercial lab solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of health check- up programs and commercial lab operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in a healthcare B2B environment.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend events, and conferences.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development within healthcare services, diagnostics, or lab solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Being able to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
- Experience working with large corporate health programs or insurance companies.
- Knowledge of diagnostic testing services, lab procedures, and clinical testing solutions.
- Extensive network within the healthcare and corporate wellness industries.
