Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Manage and expand strategic retail partnerships
Develop and implement a national sales strategy for both online (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.) and offline (retailers, distributors, modern trade) channels.
Drive B2B2C strategy, ensuring coordination between brand marketing, trade marketing, and sales execution.
Set annual sales targets, margin goals, and market share objectives for each brand (Cosmo, RCA).
Offline (B2B + Retail) Channel Development
Negotiate trade terms, display space, and in- store activation with retail partners
Drive sell- in and sell- out growth through trade marketing and in- store visibility programs.
Build and manage distributor networks, monitor stock levels, and ensure market coverage.
Online Business & E- commerce Operations:
Approve and monitor promotion calendars, platform campaigns, and traffic- driving initiatives.
Manage in- house and external hosts/KOLs, ensuring content quality, brand tone, and conversion optimization.
Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) for joint business plans and co- marketing activities. Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and performance metrics to optimize ROI.
Track livestream performance (engagement rate, audience growth, conversion, sales per session).
Build and lead livestream strategy for Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and other platforms.
Ensure a consistent after- sales experience, handling warranty, inquiries, and feedback management.
Plan monthly livestream calendars, scripts, and product storytelling with the marketing team.
Supervise Customer Service (CS) & community team to deliver best- in- class support.
Collaborate with service centers to enhance warranty and return process efficiency.
Improve response time, satisfaction score, and review ratings across online stores.
Oversee e- commerce operations team, ensuring product listings, campaign management, and store optimization on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki, etc.
Team Management
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing, promotion, and communication alignment.
Lead, mentor, and grow a cross- functional sales team covering both online and offline operations.
Conduct monthly performance reviews, analyze business reports, and present key insights to management.
Business Growth & Partnerships
Work closely with global and regional teams to align product launches and brand direction.
Lead high- level negotiations with retailers, distributors, and online platform partners.
Identify strategic partnerships for co- marketing, distribution, or category expansion.
Market Insights & Performance Management
Provide regular business analysis, sales forecasting, and channel performance reports.
Continuously monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Recommend product or pricing adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
P&L & Budget Accountability
Manage trade spending, promotional investments, and pricing integrity.
Own the Vietnam sales P&L across all brands.
