As we expand our footprint across VN, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive sustainable growth.
Job Descriptions
Collaborate with marketing, product, project teams to align sales initiatives.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding our client base.
Report directly to General Director.
Establish and maintain strong, long- term relationships with key clients and partners.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high- performing sales team.
Monitor market trends and activities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Lead the development and execution of Netcab’s sales strategy.
Report on sales performance metrics and ensure operational excellence.
Identify, promote and market the competitive advantages.
Implementing effective opportunities/projects pipeline and lead projects tracking process.

Able to work under pressure; honest, punctual, cheerful, and sociable.
Strong ambition to win big projects
Strong negotiation, communication, reporting, planning, organizing and implementing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, ELV, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
At least 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in the same sectors.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
