Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth (winning share gain and acquiring new business)
Prepare business results reports, be responsible for the accuracy of reports
Sells products, solutions and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Advising clients on technical matters regarding their products, solutions and services options
Building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts
Build and develop training programs and sales guidance for sales staff
Evaluate the level of competition and forecast industry changing trends affecting sales activities, to have appropriate response plans
Negotiating service agreements and prices with clients
Present/communicate company solutions, products and services to potential clients

Business acumen with a problem- solving attitude
Proven extensive experience in managing and training Sales leaders and executives
Good command of English is an advantage
Solid sales experience in B2B environment in the IT industry (preferably in Finance & Banking domain)
Availability for travel as needed
Bachelor&039;s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Exceptional communication, negotiation skills and ability to influence senior leaders
