RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Strategy Development
Ensure the sales team is properly allocated across the territory according to regions, cities, districts potentials and market shares.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, such as Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, and the Global HQ Teams in Paris, to drive cohesive sales strategies and enhance market penetration.
Manage the sales budget ensuring that the investments stay in line with the amount defined and are executed against the sales plan defined.
Demonstrates leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high- performance culture and ensuring their professional development.
Establish sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly monitor performance, and implement corrective measures when and where necessary.
Invest properly the sales budget according to territories potentials and priorities in order to maximize business opportunities and ROI.
Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with overall company objectives.
Team Management
Manage and mentor a diverse team, including KAMs, Medical Regional Sales Managers and OTC Regional Sales Managers.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge- sharing and best practices across the sales team.
Set clear goals and expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to maximize productivity and motivation.
Sales and Business development
Oversee the sales forecasting and planning process, ensuring accuracy and aligning resources accordingly.
Utilize BI insights to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales opportunities, translating data into actionable strategies.
Drive sales growth and market share expansion by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with KAMs to develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and industry influencers.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Sales Operations and Performance Analysis
Oversee the implementation of sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Elaborate constant competition monitoring and analysis to understand and anticipate markets trends.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance analysis tools.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Strong understanding and in- depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry (experience in pediatrics and OBGYN are a plus)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging business intelligence and data- driven insights.
Proactive and results- oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high- performing teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences and oversee field operations.
Capacity to adapt and be flexible with changing environments.
