- Receive daily inbound Requests/Leads from Manager
- Send customers information, quotations, itineraries, and advice on tour programs and travel services.
- Take care of customers throughout the tour, ask for customer reviews
- Complete the deals with customers and settle the payment.
- Book services from suppliers for customer trips
- Monitor and manage customer Requests/Leads, handle and advise on customer feedback
- Build programs, calculate prices, and advise on tours according to foreign tourists&039; requests.

- Good knowledge of destinations in Vietnam (Cambodia is an advantage)
- Graduation from Tourism and Foreign Language schools is an advantage
- Good use of English and office skills, negotiation, communication and customer orientation.
- Hardworking, passionate about the job, and passionate about earning money
- Proficiency in English skills
- Minimum 01 year experience in a similar position in the inbound tourism industry

- Total income can be up to 30- 40 million/month if the capacity is worthy
Including a fixed salary of 8- 12 million (depending on experience) + tour sales commission of 7- 10% (depending on experience)
