Position: Sales Executive & Sales Partnership (B2C Enrollment & B2B Partnership)
Level: Middle – Senior (3–5 years experience)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify, develop, and execute partnership programs (events, workshops, talent development, certification programs such as COSPro).
Manage the full sales funnel from leads → consultation → testing → enrollment.
Drive B2C enrollment growth through consulting potential students, inviting them to entrance tests, and converting leads into enrolled learners.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering training and talent development solutions that position SotaTek Education as a preferred partner.
Monitor performance metrics, market dynamics, and student/partner feedback to optimize strategies.
Build and maintain strong B2B partnerships with universities, enterprises, and training organizations.
Responsible for both B2C enrollment sales and B2B partnership development for high- quality workforce training programs (BDA, ITBA, DevOps, AI…).
KEY SUCCESS METRICS :
B2C Enrollment Metrics:
• Number of qualified leads consulted monthly.
• Monthly enrollment revenue.
• Conversion rate from consultation → test → enrollment.
• Student satisfaction & referral rate.
• Number of students taking entrance tests.
B2B Partnership Metrics:
• Number & effectiveness of workshops/events executed.
• Number and quality of new partnerships signed.
• Revenue growth from B2B training, certification, and talent programs.
• Retention and satisfaction of key clients & partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work with universities and corporate partners preferred.
Strong communication and consulting skills; confident in objection handling.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, enrollment, business development, or partnership roles.
Experience in education/training/IT sector is a strong advantage.
