Sales Engineer - Advanced Automation and Control for industrial equipment

We are looking for strategic and aggressive aftermarket Sales Engineer for automation and control devices for set installed base for whole Vietnam country. Prefer candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities
Maximize market share and revenue.
Lead marketing activities to create new sales leads for the set installed base.
Strategically drive business development activities to generate growth from the ground up.
Detailed targets can be discussed during interview.

Willing to travel across Vietnam
Lay development steps to penetrate the market
Take good care of existing customers, increase customer loyalty level, recover lost customers

Experience

Having driving license is preferred (B2 license)
Good understanding of sales and customer. Can show sales record.
Experience: At least 01 year experience in Service sales for industry equipment. Prefer candidate with service technical background (e.g. total solution service, sales spare parts, consumables)
Strong persuasion skills, able to deliver technical presentations.

Aggressive in lead generation and sales
Have a growth mindset and ready to try new sales activities until goals are reached
Can- do and goal achiever.

Education & knowledge

Knowledge of energy saving, sustainable production is an advantage.
Education: University or College. An engineering or economic degree is preferable or strong business development track record.
