Sales Engineer – F&B IndustryUrgent job Donaldson

Responsible for meeting sales revenue and profit targets in the assigned sales territory for Process Products, particularly focusing on Life Science Business, including Life Tec liquid filters and Compressed Air Filtration as per the Strategy Plan
Key Responsible:
• Identify and nurture local key accounts and global strategic accounts.
• Foster relationships with target customers, understanding their needs and converting them into sales opportunities.
• Document successful market stories and applications.
• Monitor industry trends and suggest product improvements in coordination with R&D.
• Create activity plans and reports utilizing the Donaldson CRM system.
• Develop suitable distribution channels and collaborate with regional application engineering for support and feedback.
• Monitor market trends and communicate commercial and technical insights.
• Develop diverse sales channels to meet annual objectives.

• Motivated, aggressive, competitive, high energy, independent sales professional. Eg. Visit (physically and virtually) targeted customer on a regular basis in the assigned area, minimum 10 visits per week.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in relevant applications (either filtration or food and beverage industry) with proven track record of success.
• Regular travel in the territory is required.
• Strong sales and technical aptitude.
• Tertiary education in Engineering, Business, Food Science or in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in a technical sales role or appreciation of technical products in a commercial environment selling into the process industries.
• Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Owned a vehicle is preferable.
• Good communication Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
