Sales Engineer (Injection Molding)

• Actively maintain and provide services for customer within the assigned area
• Seeking new customer and widen the network
• Implement basic technical activities and present company's products at customer site
• Collect customer's data, requirements, feedback to cater to their needs on time to the highest satisfaction possible
• Seeking new customer and widen the network
• Illustrate the usage of product and training how to apply it for customers and distributors
• Cooperate with other departments to brainstorm and develop new strategies, marketing program, sales activities
• Make calls and frequently customer to keeping up with the sales situations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, promote safe work practices
• Support a positive working environment, training and encourage team members to develop their abilities

• BS/BA degree in business administration or related fields
• Experience in injection molding
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs
• Analytical ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently
