JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify and develop new clients, with a focus on ERP solutions (especially SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.).
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long- term partnerships.
Propose business strategies and monthly/quarterly sales plans.
Collaborate with technical/consulting teams to deliver product demos, technical solutions, and PoC for clients.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/solutions to provide tailored consultations based on client needs.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring sales targets (quota) are met.
Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to expand the customer base and boost sales performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology).
Experienced in customer development for international markets, especially in APAC and Southeast Asia.
Capable of working with various platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365.
At least 3- 5 years of B2B sales experience in ERP, software, IT solutions, or SaaS.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Understanding of B2B sales processes, bidding, and contract execution.
Having client networks in the mid- to- large enterprise segment is a plus.
