Sales Event Sr. Executive

Principal Responsibilities
Department: Marketing and Communications
Reporting line: Head of Communications, CSR and Marketing
*** Events & Trips Management
• Monitoring appeals, results and feedbacks of participants
• Plan, organize and ensure all sales events such as Kick- off, Mid- year review, meetings, etc. for both agency and bancas channels are well organized within approved budgets.
• PIC to ensure planning and organizing of all trips/events for Banca and Agency channels within budgets and timelines.
*** Marketing Materials
• Contact point for creative ideas & material development for signages,brochure, sales kit, standees, POSM for both Bancas and Agency channels.
• Co- ordinate with channel heads for the requirement of marketing materials, POSM etc. across BIDV branches and Agency offices.
*** Channel communications:
• Initiating ideas/campaigns for internal communication channels including emails, social media, newsletters and other internal platforms to increase interaction and awareness between salesforce and corporate on key initiatives and focus areas.
• PIC for handling all communication/ Complaints received from Banca and Agency channel.
• Co- operate with external communication agency to help design, in charge of creating content and publish Monthly and quarterly Newsletters to bank, internal bancas and agency channel within agreed timelines and across platforms.
• Contribute to Channels Communications to enforce company culture and engagement, update of the new policies, procedures, sales incentives, events, sales kit, promote partnership.
*** Other Tasks
• Complete tasks , assignments given by the Head.
