Sales & Events Manager

• Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable
• Determine sales goals
• Work and support sales team on social media and follow up
• Work with the marketing to develop promotional materials.
• Work together with Operation team and Chef to create sales Kit menu, benefits and more
• Communicate with guests, other employees or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Develop Synergies Partner for Collaborations
• Contact international and Local company regarding corporate event all year around and especially during festive season
• Build and maintain customer relationship
• Respond to and try to fulfil any special event arrangements.
• Develop sales brochure to be use during business meeting with clients / companies
• Collaborate with our chef on menu requests.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers
• Manage (and fill) our events calendar.

• At least 2 years related work experience Event planning & Sales position, preferably in hospitality and restaurant.
• Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self motivated, enthusiastic.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or the equivalent
• Good customer service skills, outgoing & friendly.
• Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills.
• Good communication of English for written, spoken & comprehension with basic Japanese knowledge will be a plus
