Sales Executive

o Communication with customer to consult our services or products

Communicate daily to keep customer informed on order status by responding to their emails and updating weekly report

Participate in group comunicate meetings with customer when required and follow up meeting summary

Support the customer during their visits to the factory by participating in range meeting reviews and sending a follow up summary of all points discussed

Respond to queries received from customer within an appropriate timeframe to ensure all emails are answered

o Source supplier & Develop the new customer and sample and supply of a new design.

Implementation of samples fabric, materials according to the needs of the customer or company

Sourcing & select the supplier to develop fabric, trim, treatment

o Responding to new customers:

Assisting with team sales leads and development. Ensuring customers are receiving a high level of service, attention and quick, clear responses as a way to maintain momentum and hold their interest with Un-Available. This includes sending draft prices, new/fit/proto samples, strike offs and fabric swatches etc. as soon as possible. The customer should be their primary focus as the aim is to convert as much development into bulk production orders as possible.

o Confirm and transfer orders to Merchandising when the orders was confirmed.

Monitor Sampling – Assisting the Account manager in summarising and analysing the following data.

Order confirmation sheets

After shipment reports and shipment breakdowns.

Customer database / sampling history.

-  College in foreign Trade & Business administration or related certificate

-  At least 3 years in Purchaser or Merchandiser position, applicant must having experience in the garment/manufacturing industry.

-  Well organized with good time management and problem solving skills

-  Good English skills – verbal and written communication required

-  Able to work independently and also in a team environment.
