Main responsibilities
Assist on preparing Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS if needed.
Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with international ones (entrepreneurs, multi- national corporations, etc.) based on their needs for accounting service package, tax filing, company dissolution and other related services via email, live chat, and phone calls in English.
Collaborate with the Accounting Technical to prepare quotations and follow up until closing deal (This task will be trained later).
Maintain relationships with existing clients and promote service renewal.
Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager.
Present, promote and sell services to prospective customers to meet individual monthly targets.
Manage customer data and orders on CRM.
Provide basic guidance on accounting & tax regulations and keep up to date with changes in policies to ensure accurate consultations.
Requirements
Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask.
At least 1 year of work experience in related fields such as Sales, Customer Service, Accounting Service Consulting, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Business Laws, etc.
Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem- solving skills.
Be well- organized, detail- oriented, patient.
Fluent in English.
Having a basic knowledge of Accounting, IFRS, Xero is a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting and tax; experience in accounting service or consulting is preferred.
