Visit valuable Corporate Groups and Travel Agents, if necessary follow up with discussions and arrangements for their functions.
To follow up with Travel Agents on the completion of FAM trips to ensure future group bookings.
Ensure that the Golf Course&039;s database is continually updated to undertake regular and effective mailings in accordance with agreed action plan
Maintain an efficient and up- to- date trace system covering all matters, which require future, follow- through.
Keeps in touch with valuable Corporate Groups and Travel Agents by making festive greeting cards, as well as visiting them at their offices.
Ensure effective follow- up and coordination of such bookings from all TA/TO. and provide immediate feedback if necessary.
Maintain continual traffic flow of all documents for perusal, action and signature by all sales personnel and ensure all urgent correspondence and telephone inquiries are followed up as a priority.
To follow up and work closely with Sales Managers on all leads provided by Sales Mgr. or DOSM.
Answer all telephone calls and inquiries on behalf of the sales department and take action promptly and professionally.
Plan and coordinate Corporate Group and Travel Agents’ functions with the Food & Beverage Department to ensure the smooth operation of such functions.
Oversee and maintain accurate and efficient sales systems to record and trace all sales activities.
Handles valuable Corporate Groups and Travel Agents’ enquiries to ensure all reservations with proposals and contracts.
To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all Club guests, clients, staff and employees.
Perform coordination of Group Bookings and activities on the Golf Course.
Be rotated and presented in courters of the Golf Course to promote the Golf Course and sale
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Vietnamese.
Ability to multi- task and manage time effectively.
1- 2 years or more of sales experience, prefer in the hospitality industry
Ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
