JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify, develop, and execute high- impact collaboration programs that align with partner needs and market trends.
Drive revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, and government organizations.
Monitor performance metrics, market dynamics, and client feedback to continuously optimize approach and offerings.
Design and implement sales strategies that convert opportunities into long- term, value- driven partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions that position SotaEdu as a preferred partner for training and certification initiatives.
KEY SUCCESS METRICS:
Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Number and quality of new strategic partnerships established (universities, corporates, government).
Revenue growth from partnership- driven programs.
Market expansion through innovative partnership models.
Retention and satisfaction rates of key clients and partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the education sector or with training/certification programs is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or related roles.

🎯Flexible working regime and health care:
01- day remote work per month

Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00- 9:00 to 17:30- 18:30)
